Poppy Homecare strive to give our clients the best possible service which is tailored to meet the needs of each individual, whilst at the same time being committed to allowing our clients the opportunity to be independent and cope with the challenges they may face in life, within a safe and risk managed environment.


Poppy Homecare’s aims and objectives:

  • Provide an efficient and professional service, which is carefully tailored to meet the needs of each persons individual needs.

  • Aim to provide consistency with staff where possible so that management and staff know the service user and wider circle of family and/or support so that we can develop better relationships for many years to come.

  • Ensure that we provide a service of the highest quality and support people to live a full and independent lifestyle and to improve their overall quality of life.

  • Treat each service user with respect and ensure our staff are sensitive to the service users needs.



Our Service is delivered flexibly, efficiently, professionally and in a non discriminatory manner.  We respect clients privacy, dignity, rights to independence, right to make informed choices and to take risks.



The care delivered is in accordance with the agreed contract of care and to meet the needs and requests of the service user.



Our clients values are respected in all aspects of religion, culture, race, ethnic origin, marital status, disabilities and impairments.


A Risk Assessment of environmental Health & Safety hazards is undertaken and to ensure any hazards are reported to the client and/or the relevant body.

We ensure that all clients are provided with written information on the organisations complaints procedure and how to use it.


To manage & implement a formal programme of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and personal development, to enable our clients needs to be met.
